FAQ
What to Expect in a Therapy Session?
What is my current availability?
How Can I Book a Session?
Once an initial consultation takes place and once you start your therapy sessions, you can expect a nurturing, confidential and judgement free environment, whether that's face to face or online. Here you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I will listen attentively and work collaboratively with you to identify goals and current concerns.

And I know this might all feel a little scary so I am here to gently guide you, answer any questions and be a supportive human, standing beside you on this journey.
I will take a comprehensive client history and discuss treatment options, these will be dependant on the type of therapy we choose together and the plan going forward, some examples can be found in the 'what I offer' section above.

I will also share with you a therapeutic contract which includes all relevant information regarding treatment and your informed consent.
I offer face to face sessions from Jenni's House in 'Acre, Rossendale' between the hours of 9.30 and 14.30 (term time only)

I offer remote therapy sessions online via google meet on a Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 9.30 and 14.30
Booking a session is simple. Just contact me via the booking form below to arrange a convenient time for your initial free of charge online or telephone consultation. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Initial consultations last for 15/20minutes and during this time we can discuss whether we are a good fit to work together - because good therapy is founded on connection and finding the right therapist is key. So grab yourself a warm drink and lets chat together.

We can also think about what kind of therapy would suit your needs, what to expect and any questions you may have, as well as what expectations, goals and outcomes you hold in your mind.
